Job Title: Production Supervisor

1st & 2nd shift Available

$38 - $48hr

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, enjoys working alongside team members, and can help keep production running smoothly while reinforcing quality and safety expectations. The Production Line Lead works closely with the Team Leader and production teams to help execute the daily production plan, provide real-time support on the floor, and promote a positive, accountable, and safe workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the daily workload through open order status reports and production meetings.
• Coordinate work across the production line to maintain flow and efficiency.
• Spot-check for known quality issues related to vendors, materials, or machinery.
• Communicate quality concerns to team members and leadership.
• Participate in daily production coordination meetings by discussing workload and staffing.
• Conduct daily end-of-shift walkthroughs to verify housekeeping and shutdown procedures are completed.

The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $88000.00/yr.
