Strategic Talent Partner: Hiring & Onboarding Leader

Books A Million in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a Talent Partner who will serve as a strategic consultant to Corporate and Operations leaders. This role focuses on identifying hiring needs and managing full-cycle recruitment to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and HR compliance is essential.
