Operations Lead by example in product quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service Utilize and maintain operational documents when needed Responsible for proper sanitation standards and rewarding good behaviors What We Offer $16 per hour plus Tips Paid Time Off (PTO) program 401k enrollment with company match (eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 (eligible after 1 year of service) 50% off shift meals.
