AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Protection Services Associates to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will connect with clients who have requested information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop your professional skills and deliver a strong client experience.

Protection Services Associates work with company-provided warm leads, conduct virtual client consultations, identify individual needs through active listening, and explain available protection options in a clear and professional manner. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, learning new skills, and taking ownership of their results.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual client consultations
• Listen to clients and identify their individual needs
• Educate clients about available insurance solutions
• Answer questions and provide professional customer support
• Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
