The Opportunity

Our client, a leading Elite Boutique Investment Bank is seeking a Investment Banking Vice President and Associate to join its Industrials Group in their New York City area offices. This is a high-impact role offering immediate exposure to complex M&A (both buy-side and sell-side) working with blue chip client's of the firm across many sub-sectors including Chemicals, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation/Logistics, among others.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Lead & Execute M&A transactions for Financial Sponsors and Corporates
\n
• Manage key work-streams including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and client deliverables.
\n
• Support business development initiatives and pitch execution alongside senior team members.
\n
• Interface directly with clients and investors throughout all phases of the transaction process.
\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• 4-7 years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on Industrials M&A
\n
• Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities.
\n
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
\n
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
\n
