Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team! We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative and positive environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive office that values work-life balance with a 4-day work week and no Fridays!

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon-Thurs 8-5

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Support infection control and sterilization protocols
• Work closely with the clinical team to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
