Role Description
The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Enid, OK. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The receptionist also coordinates with internal teams, provides general information about the company, and ensures the front office area remains organized, professional, and welcoming.
