Maintenance Technician

Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianPerform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete SAP reportingOperate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA proceduresPerform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance proceduresParticipate in plant projects and expansionsFollow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and proceduresAttend scheduled training sessionsProvide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation proceduresBack fill team member absences with overtime as requiredDemonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environmentWork within budget, while completing timely repairsPerform root cause analysisMaintain repairs within departmental budgetThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
