Registered Nurse - ICU

Overview Indiana University Health is seeking passionate and experienced nurses to join our team and collaborate with top medical professionals. This role is available for full‑time night or day shifts. Relocation incentive and referral programs are available. We are seeking experienced nurses and new graduate nurses. Nursing skills gained on this unit: Critical thinking skills Time management Patient and family education Patient assessment skills Unit culture: Support from fellow team members, as well as a dedicated leadership team Mixture of new and tenured RNs on floor Qualifications Requires an Associate's of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Why Join IU Health?
