IT Support Associate, Ops Tech Solutions

Salary: $154,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and to stand or walk for shifts of up to 12 hours, with frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on customer service
• 1+ years of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Preferred certifications or relevant technical credentials such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux Red Hat, Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or similar industry-recognized qualifications

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in our operations facilities
• Respond to support requests and carry out network-related procedures
• Help train new hires
• Continuously build knowledge of emerging technologies
• Support customers across multiple local buildings as well as remote users
• Perform physical tasks required in the role, including moving equipment and working long shifts when needed
