Carrefour Market recherche un(e) : Directeur de magasin junior (F/H) Vous dirigez et coordonnez l’ensemble des activités du magasin en véritable chef d’entreprise. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de votremagasin et de sa dynamique commerciale. Vos missions : Vous managez une équipe de commerçants (environ 50 collaborateurs) en visant la meilleure satisfaction client. Vous pilotez l’activité économique en analysant les données chiffrées dans une logique de rentabilité. Vous développez la stratégie commerciale du magasin, dans le respect des politiques du groupe, et vous êtes acteur de son attractivité, tant sur la surface de vente que dans son environnement local. Vous participez à la montée en compétence de vos collaborateurs. Votre profil: Véritable commerçant, vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et le sens du service client (dans le domaine de la distribution). Vous êtes diplômé d'un bac+5 et/ou vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum en gestion de centre de profit. Vous avez une forte aptitude au management, un goût du challenge et une rigueur qui vous permettent de garantir la dynamique commerciale du magasin. Vous avez une vraie capacité à prendre du recul dans vos activités, et celles des autres. Une mobilité régionale est demandée.
