Responsibilities include:Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and building lasting relationshipsProcess deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accuratelyHandle cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawerIdentify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goalsResolve member questions with professionalism, empathy, and careCollaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional banking experienceFollow established security procedures while maintaining transaction accuracyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDExcellent customer service and communication skillsPositive attitude with a passion for helping peopleStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with cash, numbers, and computer systemsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentRetail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn and grow within the financial services industryWork ScheduleThis full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, providing the predictability and flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional service to our members and supporting the financial needs of the community.Build a Rewarding Career in the Service IndustryIf you're searching for entry-level jobs in Sheboygan that will introduce you to the service industry, this is an opportunity for you!
