Position Overview

Pay: $31–$35 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping facility operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all machinery and infrastructure operate safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, wiring, and machinery components
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
• Maintain building systems and facility infrastructure
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Partner with leadership and quality teams to meet safety and compliance standards
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Forklift or scissor lift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Work in industrial environments with varying noise levels
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
