Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Experience: 2 years Med Surg experience required License: State License (Oklahoma) Certifications: NIH, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: 2 years Med Surg experience Description: Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment and nursing diagnosis. Create and maintain patient care plans to ensure individualized care. Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Uphold standards for professional nursing practice within the clinical setting. Establish systems to provide care for a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
