Program Analyst

Job Title: Program Analyst Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL (On‑site) Overview Canvas provides engineering services and technical solutions for customers in federal and commercial markets. The Program Analyst will perform mid‑senior level financial analysis and business management functions for the Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture Project Office (AMSAPO) in the Business Management Division. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis and manage business functions for AMSAPO. Use Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, to support financial operations. Manage and execute funds within Government systems such as GFEBS, WAWF, LMP, CCaR/PMRT, and DTS. Apply knowledge of financial management regulations (DOD 7000‑14, FMR 37‑100, FMR 37‑1). Develop and coordinate annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Program Management Review (PMR), Army Program Budget Briefs (APBB’s), and bi‑annual updates of the P & R Forms. Coordinate budget execution, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis. Monitor funds execution for the AMSA portfolio and research funds execution. Prepare and execute audit functions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 21 years of experience (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in GFEBS, WAWF, LMP, CCaR/PMRT, and DTS. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
