Quality & Part InspectorPROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Quality & Part Inspector for one of our clients located in Arnold, MO a leading manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential with a well-established company.Schedule:3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:45 PM – 8:00 AMOvertime is mandatory as neededPay & Location:$18.50/hrArnold, MOKey Responsibilities:Perform quality and part inspections on manufactured componentsVisually and manually inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, and specificationsEnsure products meet quality standards and customer requirementsAccurately document inspection results and follow quality proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork closely with production teams to support overall quality goalsQualifications:Minimum of 6 months of quality or part inspection experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defectsDependable with a strong attendance recordPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningProficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems.Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.Knowledge of quality assurance processes, quality management systems, and QA/QC procedures.Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.Why PROMAN Staffing?
