Senior Financial Associate An outstanding opportunity exists to join RVR Consulting Group, an Orlando-based firm specializing in helping small to mid-market businesses maximize their value and optimize their talent through research-based strategy. As a Senior Financial Associate, your key responsibilities will include developing financial models, performing financial and data analyses, developing actionable KPIs and metrics, managing multiple projects concurrently, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The Senior Financial Associate is a key contributor to the team, and in this role you will utilize and grow your skills in project management, business analysis, process improvement, financial reporting, change management, and exit planning, to support consulting projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be adept at self-managing with a high drive to exceed expectations. What You’ll Do Gather critical information to formulate financial models that provide clients with meaningful insights into their company Analyze data to accurately forecast client budgets and communicate the financial impact of strategic decisions Develop content for and participate in client meetings, to include communicating project updates and go-forward recommendations Successfully and adeptly manage a multi-consultant project team Support Senior Consultants and RVR leadership in the development and execution of project work and client deliverables Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience working in a financial or professional business environment Extensive knowledge of and experience in financial modeling and analysis Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Expert-level Excel skills Proficient in PowerPoint and Word Confidently able to present complex financial data to clients The ability to quickly develop and deliver high-quality work A highly entrepreneurial mindset A strong drive to develop and implement new skills Preferred Skills Process mapping and reengineering experience, utilizing tools such as Visio and/or Blueworks Experience working in a consulting firm and exposure to corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity Experience optimizing business processes through increased operational efficiency Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and other data visualization software Familiarity with SQL, DAX, or Python, etc. Project management expertise Education Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus in Business, Finance, or Economics An MBA or other advanced business or finance degree preferred What You’ll Get Competitive salary Incentive bonus opportunity Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Professional development opportunities The opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a team of highly knowledgeable individuals from all areas of business and industries An inclusive environment that leverages unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives Invaluable experience working with companies in a variety of industries Opportunities to grow your network and support community and business development #J-18808-Ljbffr Page Mechanical Group, Inc.
