Commercial Lender

Location: In Person at Rock Springs, Evanston, or Mountain View, Wyoming Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt Salary: $92,000–$115,000 Incentive Eligible: Based on production and Bank profitability Reports To: Chief Lending Officer Tanager Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to develop business relationships, originate commercial loans, and manage a commercial loan portfolio across southwest Wyoming. This production-focused role combines commercial lending, business development, credit analysis, relationship management, and portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities Originate commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, agricultural, and small business loans Develop and manage commercial banking relationships Prospect for new business and maintain an active calling program Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, creditworthiness, and financing needs Structure commercial credit facilities within Bank policy Prepare and present commercial loan requests to loan committee Manage assigned commercial loan relationships and monitor borrower performance Track covenants and reporting requirements Refer deposit and treasury management opportunities Represent Tanager Bank in local business and community activities Meet established loan production, portfolio growth, and deposit goals Qualifications 5+ years of commercial lending experience Experience with commercial loan origination, credit analysis, and loan structuring Loan committee presentation or independent credit authority experience Strong financial statement and cash flow analysis skills Proven business development and relationship management abilityEstablished relationships in southwest Wyoming, or demonstrated ability to build them, strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; relevant commercial lending experience may substitute #CommercialLending #BusinessBanking #CommercialLoanOfficer #J-18808-Ljbffr
