Eklego is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join a team of nursing professionals working full time days in a direct-hire position with Genacross in Oregon, OH. This direct hire opportunity offers:Fun, friendly, family-like atmosphere!Develop long-term relationships with the AMAZING youth served.Competitive pay and outstanding benefits!What will I do as the Clinical Therapist?Provide individual, group, and day treatment mental health services to youth within your assigned caseloadUtilize trauma-informed, evidence-based practices in alignment with SAMHSA principlesComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Ohio Medicaid and federal billing standards to meet productivity standardsParticipate in case reviews, staff meetings, and clinical supervision as requestedProvide interim progress reports and clinical assessments to support treatment planningCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client transitions and continuity of careDeliver CPST services and complete diagnostic assessments as neededMaintain professional licensure and complete all required training courses per Genacross and OMHAS standards What do I need for this role?Active LSW, LPC, LISW or LPCC license in the State of OhioMaster's level therapistStrong clinical judgment, rapport-building skills, and therapeutic presenceAbility to implement short-term cognitive and trauma-informed interventionsProficiency in clinical documentation and treatment planningDemonstrated ability to improve client functioning within an assigned caseloadCompletion of a Trauma-Focused, Evidence-Based Training program approved or recognized by the organizationAs a healthcare professional, your skills are highly sought after, and you have many options.
