Room Attendant

Description Room Attendant We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and properly organized Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a hygienic environment Assist guests with special requests and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies as needed Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately and efficiently Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment that values your contributions.
