Job Summary
The Activities Assistant position at Vantage at Hampden supports recreational programming that enhances resident engagement and quality of life. Activities Assistants plan, organize, and lead activities that promote socialization and well-being.

Activities Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and assist with resident activities

• Maintain activity schedules and records

• Coordinate vendors and supplies

• Track participation and feedback

• Ensure activities follow budget guidelines

Activities Assistant Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-Time Every other weekend

• Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00 an hour

• Location: Vantage at Hampden 34 Main Street Hampden, MA 01036

Activities Assistant Qualifications & Skills

• Creativity and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
