About Investment Sales Our Investment Sales platform offers a personalized approach to buying and selling properties and partners with our debt & equity experts nationwide to provide a full range of capital markets services. The brokerage service covers major property types including retail, build-to-rent, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and more. 2025 Investment Sales Early Career Opportunities Investment Sales Analyst – Collaborates with the investment sales team, analyzes property data, underwrites income-producing assets, interprets real estate documents, identifies financial risks, recommends value-add opportunities, and produces property evaluations. Aids brokers in cultivating new business through research and data tracking. Requires creativity, critical thinking, self-motivation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Associate Broker – Works with an experienced broker (coach) in a 1–2 year mentorship program to develop skills for progression to Broker level. Supports lead brokers, gaining market insights and expertise for success in Commercial Real Estate Sales. Mentorship, resources, and developmental support provided. Marketing Specialist – Assists brokerage teams with e-marketing, graphic design, and photo editing for real estate listings and campaigns. About Production Debt/Equity Our debt & equity platform helps clients capitalize on CRE opportunities through a nationwide lender network and equity partners. We structure the right capital stack for a client’s real estate investment across major property types including retail, build-to-rent, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and more. 2025 Production Debt/Equity Early Career Opportunities Investment Analyst – Underwrites CRE properties, creates investment reports, coordinates closings, and conducts market research while ensuring compliance with guidelines and investor requirements. Values teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Associate Producer – 1–2 year mentorship program to become a producer, building local market expertise, understanding investor processes, and developing solutions for client needs. About Agency (Fannie/Freddie/FHA Platform) Northmarq’s in-house team provides Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac CRE debt financing and CRE HUD/FHA loans for affordable and market-rate properties, guiding borrowers through the closing process and servicing loans as a licensed HUD lender. 2026 Agency (Fannie/Freddie/FHA Platform) Early Career Opportunities Underwriting Analyst – Prepare loan request reports, perform data review, site analysis, financial assessment, and underwriting based on historical data and market standards. Review third-party reports, zoning, taxes, organizational structures, and mortgage history. Travel for property site inspections as needed. Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills are required. Asset Management Analyst – Analyze financial statements and rent rolls, conduct inspections, manage risk, oversee loans, monitor collateral, and respond to borrower/lender inquiries while managing a real estate loan portfolio. Production Management Analyst – Research product lines, update production reports, handle loan structuring, pricing negotiations, client communication, due diligence, and pricing updates. Manage deal processes and assist in training new production analysts. About Loan Servicing Our Loan Servicing team supports clients after loan origination, serving as the intermediary between capital providers and borrowers. We provide guidance on risk mitigation, property performance, relationships, loan compliance, and asset surveillance. 2026 Loan Servicing Early Career Opportunities Portfolio & Asset Management (Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis) – Monitor physical and financial condition of properties, underwrite transactions from origination to maturity, and deliver exceptional service to lenders and borrowers. Insurance (Minneapolis) – Monitor and analyze insurance to protect client assets, mitigate risk, and work with lenders and production teams. Loan Operations (Minneapolis) – Onboarding, servicing compliance, tax payments, property condition monitoring, and reporting. Loan Portfolio Analyst – Financial statement analysis, watchlists, draw requests, and audits of new loans. Commercial Insurance Analyst – Ensure compliance and manage insurance-related risk and customer interactions. Investor Reporting Analyst – Timely processing of funds and reporting to lenders. Compliance Specialist – Monthly/quarterly reporting, document reviews, and investor onboarding within servicing system.
