Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a part-time Banquet Houseperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service. Events range from small dinner parties to large club-wide celebrations, that can take place in different locations around the property. As a Banquet Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Members and their guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and breakdown event spaces according to event orders and diagrams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
• Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies for events
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure that all requests are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in banquet or event setup preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
