Position: Psychologist Location: Brevard County, FL Pay: Competitive rate of $50-70+ per hour Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, Matching 401(k) Job Description: Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address psychological and emotional challenges. Provide direct therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support client progress and treatment goals. Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to client progress and therapy outcomes. Stay current with best practices and research in psychology to ensure high-quality care. Requirements: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Florida. Experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatric and adolescent populations, is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Interview Process: Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with our recruiting team.
