Position Overview
Hinemans is looking for a skilled, reliable Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work and efficiency .

This is a key role in our operation your ability to diagnose, repair, and produce consistently directly impacts the shops success.

Aliquippa, PA | 8AM5PM (No Nights or Weekends)

Compensation (Stable + Performance)

Skill-based hourly pay with real growth potential
Guaranteed 45 hours/week (5 hours built-in overtime)
Monthly Team Bonus (based on hours turned)
Consistent income + performance upside get paid even when its slow, and earn more when the team produces
Designed to reward efficient, high-output technicians

Tool Relocation Assistance

We offer tool relocation support for the right technician .
If youre currently at another shop and making a move, well help make the transition smooth.

What Youll Do

Diagnose and repair all major vehicle systems (engine, electrical, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.)
Perform maintenance services (fluid services, spark plugs, brakes, tires, batteries, etc.)
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Perform PA state inspections & emissions testing
Conduct digital/courtesy inspections
Test drive and perform final quality checks
Keep clean, organized work areas and proper documentation

What Were Looking For

Proven A-Tech or high-level B-Tech performance
Can diagnose independently ( not a parts changer )
Experience with Mitchell 1, AllData, or similar systems
Comfortable with tablets and digital workflow
PA State Inspection & Emissions License
Valid drivers license (clean record)
Own tools appropriate to skill level
Pass background check/drug screening
Strong work ethic, communication, and team mindset
