• Support the consolidation of over 30 ServiceNow instances into a single managed environment.
• Provide strategic advisory guidance on consolidation architecture and strategy.
• Perform comprehensive business analysis to unify disparate instance requirements.
• Audit the current ServiceNow landscape and establish a consolidation roadmap.
• Execute deep-dive analysis to map workflows for the unified instance.
• Oversee initial phases of instance migration and consolidation.
• Maintain availability during East Coast business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST).

• Proven lead-level expertise in ITSM and ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow instance consolidation projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analysis and Advisory Consulting.
• Ability to provide high-level strategic business advisory.
• Active and validated ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with large-scale architectural consolidation.
• High autonomy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
