Position: Full-Time Lead Sales Associate
Are you competitive, outgoing, sales-driven, and ready to step into a leadership role? HOTWORX is looking for a high-energy Lead Sales Associate to help drive studio growth, support our team, and create an incredible member experience.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves fitness, sales, people, and leadership and wants to grow within a fast-paced fitness brand.
THE ROLEThis is more than a sales position — our Lead Sales Associate helps set the standard for the entire studio.
You’ll work closely with studio leadership to drive sales, motivate the team, support daily operations, and make sure every member and guest receives the HOTWORX experience we’re known for.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ??Sales & Studio Growth
- Lead by example in membership and retail sales
- Give high-energy studio tours and confidently close memberships
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and in-person conversations
- Help drive studio revenue, membership, and retention goals
- Participate in community outreach, prospecting, and local events
Leadership & Team Support
- Help coach, train, and motivate Sales Associates
- Set the standard for professionalism, energy, and accountability
- Support new-hire training and development
- Help keep the team focused on daily and monthly goals
- Take initiative and identify what needs to be done without waiting to be asked
Member Experience
- Build genuine relationships with members and guests
- Educate prospects on HOTWORX workouts, infrared benefits, and membership options
- Create a welcoming, energetic environment every shift
- Help resolve member questions and provide an exceptional customer experience
Studio Operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Assist with member accounts, transactions, scheduling, and daily systems
- Support inventory and retail merchandising
- Assist with studio promotions, social media content, and brand awareness

- Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Previous sales, leadership, fitness, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Monday–Thursday: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
