Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principles (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile) Responsible for Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes Ensure All Teams Members Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success Partner with Field Marketing Manager and Director of Field Compliance to Grow Sales and Partner with Community Develop a Store Team that Has High Customer Satisfaction Results Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE) Work with District Manager to Keep Facility Up to Standard and in Good Repair Responsible for Restaurant P&L Management Evaluate and Improve Operational and Financial Performance of Restaurant Communicate Company Initiatives and Programs to Restaurant Teams Own the Career Development and Performance Management Process for Restaurant Team (MSM) Expert Knowledge and Utilization of Pizza Hut Provided Tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia) Executes all Pizza Hut Provided Training Material and Courses, Follows Up with Store Teams Compliant with All Laws and Regulations Ensures a Safe Work Environment is Provided in Restaurant Maintains a Clean, Organized Restaurant That Meets All Health and Safety Regulations Demonstrate Trade Area Knowledge Manage and Maintain Positive Vendor Relationships Brand Steward for Pizza Hut Brand Maintain Restaurant Calendar Manages and adheres to Tasty Hut, LLC Handbook and Policies Effectively Communicates and Executes Company Initiatives by Managing Performance of Restaurant Team Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision Other Duties as Assigned Training/Requirements.
