Recruiting Coordinator
Days: Monday-Friday (possibly Monday-Thursday)
Hours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Pay: $18.00/hour
Staffworks is seeking a reliable Recruiting Coordinator to join their award-winning team!

Recruiting Coordinator Details:
- Administer temporary/contract employee orientation.
- Communicate with the staffing agencies, updating them on existing staffing levels.
- Assist with scheduling interviews.
- Posting of open positions and ensuring accuracy of postings
- Assist with sourcing and screening new job applicants.
- Maintain recruitment log
- Schedule drug screens and perform background checks for potential new hires.
- Handle plant locker assignments
- Printing new hire packets and assist employees with processing ID badges as needed.
- Issue company provided T-Shirts to production staff and manage inventory levels.
- Be a resource to employees by answering questions, providing paperwork and guidance in a professional manner.
- Maintain current information on the Careers Page of the Company website, intranet, Communication TV’s and plant bulletin boards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an administrative support role.
- 1 year experience in a Human Resources or related role is highly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
- High degree of initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
