Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Location Highlights

McMinnville, Oregon offers access to both wine country and outdoor recreation.
