About the Role:
Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Custodian, where you will play a vital role in maintaining clean and safe environments for our valued clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a positive atmosphere in Fort Wayne, IN.
Monday - Friday ( weekend optional ) Flexible evening hours Weekly Pay on Fridays
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers as needed.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the job.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and schedules.
Requirements:
Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
