Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for our client to lead and oversee new construction projects across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes. This individual will play a critical role not only in managing projects from inception to completion but also in driving the implementation and optimization of ServiceTitan software across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Lead the implementation of ServiceTitan, including setup, customization, and process integration
• Train and support teams on ServiceTitan usage for scheduling, dispatching, job costing, and reporting
• Monitor project financials, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies across all job sites

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in mechanical trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Proven experience managing ground-up or large-scale construction projects
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering ServiceTitan software
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with subcontracting firms or MEP contractors
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
• Strong financial acumen and experience with project cost control
• Familiarity with construction management tools and ERP systems
