Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Des Moines, IA.

Job Description:

• Answering calls on the customer service line.
• This includes assisting customers with questions on their unemployment insurance claim, troubleshooting issues, taking statements, resetting passwords and submitting requests on the customers behalf by accessing IWD's database.
• Classroom and hands-on training will be provided for all candidates.
• IWD received approximately 3000 calls per week on average.
• During the winter months calls can increase to 6500 calls per week.
• Must be proficient in basic computer skills including typing, verbal communication through computer-based platforms, and using Microsoft Outlook for email.

Work hours:

• Shift Time: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Half hour unpaid break
• Work week - Monday to Friday
