BUFFET SUPERVISOR

Flik Hospitality Group – SFO Airport – Salary $22.50–$25.00 per hour – Shift: Open availability Job Summary The Buffet Supervisor works with unit management at SFO Airport to monitor buffet operations, ensuring conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction. Provides cost‑effective management that meets and exceeds expectations. Assists in operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Oversees daily buffet operations, ensuring smooth service and product availability. Leads, coaches, and motivates team members to meet performance standards. Maintains food quality, presentation, and timely replenishment. Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Coordinates with kitchen on production, timing, and execution. Manages staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage. Resolves guest issues promptly and professionally. Leads pre‑shift briefings and team communication. Supports inventory control, waste reduction, and cost management. Qualifications Associate’s degree or comparable experience. 3–5 years of relevant experience. Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and establish priorities. Exhibits initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
