Our private practice prioritizes quality patient care by providing full one-hour appointments for adult hygiene patients. This schedule allows our hygienists enough time to deliver comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and detailed oral hygiene instruction without feeling rushed.

You will work in a friendly private practice alongside 2 dentists, 4 dental assistants, 3 hygienists, and 2 front desk team members. We take a patient-first approach to comprehensive care and coordinate closely with referring specialists to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Job Description

Overview: Private dental practice seeking a Dental Hygienist for 35–40 hours per week in La Grange Park, IL.
Duties: Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, intraoral X-rays, intraoral pictures, oral hygiene instruction, treatment planning discussions with doctors, room cleaning and stocking, and instrument autoclaving.
Appointment Pace: Most adult hygiene appointments are scheduled for a full hour.
Team Structure: Collaborative environment working alongside 2 dentists, 4 dental assistants, 3 hygienists, and 2 front desk staff members.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
1 to 2 Saturdays per month: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Full-time hours range from 35–40 hours per week.
