Capex Manager

DASMEN Residential is looking for a Capex Manager for our Renovations & Construction team to be based out of Ramsey, NJ region. The role involves overseeing the planning, budgeting, and upgrade for properties. This position is entry level. Responsibilities Monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and required quality standards. Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Collaborating with cross function- teams, including accounting, operations, and asset managers. Monitor project timeline, ensuring timely completion of each project milestone, notifying management of any delays if necessary.
