Join Our Cardiac Progressive Care Team as a Registered Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our Cardiac Progressive Care unit. In this position, you will deliver direct, evidence-based care to adult patients with cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage complex cardiac conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans.
- Assess patient conditions and respond to any changes effectively.
- Educate patients and their families about care and health management.
- Facilitate safe discharge processes for patients.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in cardiac care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
