Kitchen Team Member — Sloopy's Diner (Ohio State Campus)
Columbus, OH | Part-time / Full-time | $16.00–$25.00/hr based on experience | Immediate hire

Sloopy's Diner, an independently operated restaurant on the Ohio State campus, is hiring Kitchen Team Members. We run a fast, friendly line serving students, faculty, and campus visitors, and we need people who keep a station clean, keep tickets moving, and keep their cool when the rush hits.

What you'll do

• Prep, cook, and plate menu items to spec on the grill, fry, and prep stations
• Keep your station stocked, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift
• Follow food safety, temperature, and allergen procedures
• Help with dish, receiving, and closing duties as needed
• Communicate clearly with the line and front of house

What we're looking for

• Kitchen experience preferred; we'll train the right person with no experience
• Reliable, on time, and available for a consistent weekly schedule
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Works well under pressure and takes direction
• Food handler certification a plus
