As one of the premier dealerships in Adams County, we are growing quickly and looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Specialist to join our high-performing sales team. Job Description: As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle-buying journey from start to finish. You will showcase our award-winning lineup of new Kia models—including the Telluride, Sportage, Sorento, and cutting-edge EVs—as well as our diverse inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a hassle-free experience that turns first-time buyers into lifetime customers. Key Responsibilities: Welcome showroom visitors and respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries. Conduct professional consultations to determine the right vehicle to fit the customer's lifestyle and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and capabilities through thorough product presentations and test drives. Work closely with the Sales Managers to provide transparent pricing and customized financing solutions. Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay up-to-date on Kia product knowledge, incoming inventory, and industry trends. What We Are Looking For: Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train individuals with a strong background in hospitality, retail sales, or customer service. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. A professional, high-energy attitude with a drive to succeed. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work Saturdays (with a day off provided during the week; closed Sundays).
