Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in inpatient rehabilitation is needed in Arlington, Texas. The role involves providing occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neuro, ortho, and acute hospital patients in a general inpatient setting. Candidates must bring their active Occupational Therapist license on the first day of assignment.

• Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (shift hours)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40
• Schedule: Days shift
• Required Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist license; 2+ years of hospital experience; experience with inpatient rehabilitation and/or hospital settings; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience performing evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients; proficiency with Meditech electronic documentation system; flexible floating policy (may float as needed); must adhere to general attendance policies.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in rehab or acute hospital settings; additional advanced skills in occupational therapy preferred.

  • Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
  • Floating: May float to antepartum or gynecology units as needed
  • Dress code includes hunter green scrubs, healthy nails (no artificial nails or gels), neat hair, and covered tattoos when possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
