A full-time opportunity is available for an OB Hospitalist to join a growing women's health program within a modern hospital setting. This role focuses on providing inpatient obstetric care in a team-based environment, working alongside physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers. The position offers a structured schedule designed to promote work-life balance, along with access to strong specialty support and state-of-the-art facilities.

Full-time position

7 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)

Hospital-based schedule with no outpatient responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care, including labor and delivery management

Evaluate and manage obstetric patients in the hospital setting

Respond to obstetric emergencies and provide timely interventions

Collaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams

Support deliveries and ensure continuity of care for hospitalized patients

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EMR systems

Deliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

DEA certification

Strong clinical and decision-making skills in obstetric care
