DOVE Van Driver Job no: 497340 Full time/Part time: Part-time Location: South Orange Categories: Staff The Division of Volunteer Efforts Van Driver/Program Coordinator will drive University students and program participants as needed to program sites. He/she will act as a program coordinator and provide communication between the DOVE office and the various volunteer work sites. Duties and Responsibilities Provide transportation for students participating in various off-campus community service activities. Transport donations as needed. Maintenance and upkeep of three DOVE vans. Assist in program coordination. Act as a liaison between DOVE office and service sites. One position primarily covering morning and early-afternoon hours from 7am-2:30pm. One position primarily covering afternoon and evening hours from 2:00pm-9:30pm. Will work on weekends. Required Qualifications High School Diploma (or GED), 1–3 years of relevant work experience, and the ability to operate a 12-passenger shuttle van. A valid New Jersey driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory. Licenses and Certificates A valid New Jersey driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory.
