About New Power Studios:
New Power Studios is a legacy production company operating a rapidly growing portfolio of original YouTube content brands. Our slate spans investigative AI documentaries (Next of Kin), pop-culture edutainment hosted by a medical professional (The Reconstructor), and a high-end, cast-driven scripted anthology series targeting Gen Z (Agent BlackVeil) launching in 2026.
Multiple channels. Multiple genres. Distinct audiences. All produced in-house at our Calabasas studio.
Every dollar these channels earn outside of YouTube’s automated ad revenue is your job.
The Role
This is a pure monetization and hunting role. You are not managing uploads, running social media, or producing content. You are turning a premium content library into money through two distinct avenues:
1. Brand Deals & Sponsorships
You own the entire brand partnership pipeline from the very top of the funnel. You are responsible for the cold email outreach, sourcing, and prospecting. You hunt the leads, pitch the value of our highly segmented audiences, and build the rate cards.
· Investigative Docs: Pitching VPNs, cybersecurity, and tech tools.
· Medical Edutainment: Pitching medical devices, skincare, and cosmetic brands.
· Scripted Anthology: Pitching technology, automotive, and luxury brands to a Gen Z demographic.
· Closing Support: You are not on an island. You fill the pipeline and get them to the table; executive leadership will step in to help you negotiate and close the biggest deals.
2. AVOD Licensing & Platform Distribution
Our scripted anthology series features production value that rivals cable television. It belongs on Tubi, Pluto TV, and The Roku Channel alongside their existing genre catalogs.
· You will package the content, pitch platform acquisition teams, and negotiate licensing terms.
· As the library grows, you will explore bundling the broader NPS catalog for multi-title platform deals.

· $2,500 to $3,000/month draw against commissions for six months.
