Key Responsibilities Manage EBP audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable auditing standards. Oversee client engagements, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet professional standards. Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, seniors, and interns. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide additional value. Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and supporting documentation. Research complex accounting and auditing issues and provide practical recommendations. Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the assurance practice. Collaborate with team members to improve audit processes, efficiency, and client service. Qualifications Active CPA license required. 4+ years of public accounting experience. Experience managing or performing Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits. Experience with other assurance services, including nonprofit audits, preferred. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
