Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Travel or Local MICU RN in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will provide high-acuity critical care to adult patients, performing comprehensive assessments, managing ventilators and complex drips, and closely monitoring unstable conditions using evidence-based MICU protocols. You will document accurately in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and respond to emergencies including codes and rapid responses.
