Rehab Engagement Liaison (PTA/OTA)

Stonebridge at Desoto in Missouri is seeking a Resident Care Liaison (RCL) in the Physical Therapy Department. The role connects residents, families, and the rehabilitation team to promote engagement and understanding of therapy services, working closely with the Director of Rehabilitation, nursing, and facility leadership.
Candidates must hold a current PTA or COTA license and have experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings.
