Client Accounts Coordinator

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a highly respected law firm is seeking a Client Accounts Coordinator to join their finance team in New York, NY. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in legal billing, e-billing, accounts receivable, and client account management.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize attorney billing and prebills
• Manage e-billing submissions and resolve billing rejections
• Generate client billing reports and ad hoc analysis
• Monitor outstanding receivables and support collections efforts
• Partner closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and outside counsel requirements

Skills

• Experience in legal billing or law firm accounting
• Knowledge of e-billing platforms and attorney billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
