Based in Bend, OR, this Production Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated night shift operations team and drive excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a night shift role (6 PM to 6 AM). Remote or hybrid working is not available for this position. What You Will Get An agile career and dynamic working culture. What You Will Do Ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of daily production activities. Delegate tasks based on team members’ expertise to meet goals and reduce errors. Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues. Promote a culture of trust and continuous learning within the team. Provide accurate information to support informed decision-making. What We Are Looking For High School diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred. Experience in a supervisory role within a GMP or solid dosage environment. Strong literacy, numeracy, and documentation skills. Ability to follow established procedures effectively. Proficiency with computers and documentation systems. Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule. Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
