Asset Protection Associate

Role Summary This role focuses on the safety and security of Associate, customer, and merchandise. The associate will investigate, think critically, and work to solve complex problems while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Act as the first, last, and sometimes sole point of contact for customers. Greet, thank, and assist every customer with a friendly, efficient approach. Provide accurate cashier services – scanning items, explaining prices, bagging, counting cashbacks, and keeping the area clean and organized. Support other associates across the store as needed, and maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions. Cashier Responsibilities Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude. Stand for long periods while checking out customers quickly and accurately. Keep the checkout area clean and presentable. Answer customer questions and help them with their needs. Be available to assist associates across the store as needed. Cart and Janitorial Responsibilities Ensure customers have a great first and last impression. Gather carts from the parking lot and operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to the store. Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed. Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage of $17.00 – $30.00, plus performance‑based incentive awards. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, season, or specific work performed. Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
