We’re looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, professional, and self-driven to run qualified residential roofing appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while having a strong office team handling scheduling and customer support.

What You’ll Do

Our office schedules qualified appointments for you.

Your responsibilities include:

• Arrive at scheduled appointments on time.
• Meet with homeowners professionally.
• Perform roof and exterior inspections.
• Identify roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior issues.
• Take clear photos documenting conditions.
• Record detailed inspection notes.
• Recommend the appropriate repairs or replacement.
• Prepare a scope of work and report your inspection results back to the office.
• Follow up with homeowners as needed to help move projects toward completion.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential .

In addition to the appointments provided by our office, you’re encouraged to generate your own leads. You’ll earn commission on both company-provided appointments that turn into completed projects and any projects you personally find, schedule, and sell. There is no cap on your income—the more opportunities you create, the greater your earning potential.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Dependable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (or willing to learn)
• Roofing, construction, or sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities

Service Area

Appointments are primarily located throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding communities.
